Lead the design and architecture of complex, distributed full stack systems, utilizing modern technologies and practices to improve production support efforts, reduce operational costs, and improve security, availability, and reliability of overall business systems. Set technical standards and best practices across teams. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to senior and junior engineers. Help drive strategy to transform current platforms using new technologies and tools available that best support the business needs. Champions a customer-focused and high-performing culture and contributes to an inclusive work setting.
