Software Engineer- ServiceNow   
This role is  Office Based, Pune Office  CSOD’s ServiceNow Team is seeking a PlatformEngineer to join their team who will be responsible for supporting, operating, and maintaining the CSOD’s ServiceNow instances. 
The ServiceNow Platform Engineer will be responsible for configuring and customizing core applications such as the Change Management, Incident and Problem Management, Request Management, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Knowledge Management, HRSD, and custom applications on the NOW platform.  
In this role, you will…  
Perform day to day support, administration, and maintenance of the SNow modules and delivering solutions and business value through the ServiceNow Platform 
Experienced in writing business rules, client scripts, creating catalog items, configuring workflows, and email notifications.
