Job Function Assist and support users with inquiries and concerns Prepares and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Investigate all reported issues or errors, initiate amendments, and perform testing to ensure system reliability Prepare and maintain up-to-date system documentation and user guides Collaborate with developers and project teams to gather user requirements and support solution delivery Education And Experience Degree/Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent 1-2 years of working experience in providing primary support for Oracle Financial modules with focus on GL, AR, AP, NM and INV Experience using Oracle System, Oracle PL/SQLs, Software Development Process and Methodologies Basic understanding of Power BI dashboard development, user provisioning, workspace administration and Microsoft Azure cloud will be added advantage Knowlegde,Skills and Abilities Self-motivated, a strong team player and committed to c...
