Responsibilities
- Develop technical learning materials — hands-on labs, slide decks, and assessments — aligned with assigned technology stacks (e.g., Java Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS Cloud, Kubernetes).
- Deliver technical training sessions and enablement programs for customers and internal teams on cloud-native development and modern software architectures.
- Facilitate training activities and evaluate participant progress to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Break down complex technical concepts into clear, digestible content for learners with varying backgrounds.
- Contribute to curriculum updates and ongoing improvement of course content in line with industry developments.
