Software Engineering Manager (Application Platforms)

The Digital Platform team in SPH is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead core teams of around 10 engineers building out our internal Application Platforms. This is a leadership position responsible for SPH's mission-critical systems: 1. Web Platform: Our internal application platform (think inhouse Vercel, built on AWS, serving React apps for all our publications) that enables product teams to ship features quickly and reliably. 2. Content Platform: The centralised indexing system for our content, powered by OpenSearch, an API layer, and data ingestion pipelines.
