Engineering Manager | London | Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Lead from the front. This is a hands‑on leadership role driving delivery across a high‑performing engineering team within a retail‑focused environment.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and mentor a team of up to 10 engineers
- Own delivery, planning, and execution across the SDLC
- Partner with Product and Programme to align tech with commercial goals
- Drive Agile maturity, remove blockers, and improve velocity
- Oversee technical design, code quality, CI/CD, and operational readiness

- Balance innovation with technical debt and business priorities
