Software Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and continuously improve the enterprise-wide QA strategy, processes, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, including manual testers, automation engineers, and SDETs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, DevOps, Development, Support) to ensure quality across the SDLC.
• Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness across multiple projects.
• Drive the design and development of scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
• Manage performance testing, security testing, and integration testing as part of the overall QA lifecycle.
• Champion continuous integration (CI), continuous testing (CT), and continuous deployment (CD) practices.
