This position is located in Auckland, New Zealand, and does not support remote working. Candidates must attend the Auckland office every working day.
As a Software Support Engineer, you will provide technical support and and develop new features in our company’s IT System.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse support-requests and identify software solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues.
Design, code, test, and debug software applications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and best practices.
Write and maintain clear, concise documentation for software applications.
