Job Description
We’re looking for a highly motivated Software Team Lead to join our team in Ottawa, ON. You will lead a dynamic group of Software Developers responsible for the development of new products and the support of the existing product lines . You must be resourceful and able to overcome new challenges using insightful design and engineering skills coupled with innovative approaches. You are responsible for planning, overseeing, and contributing to software development related activities, ensuring business and customer objectives are accomplished.
You will also work closely with other cross-functional team members in Engineering, Customer Support and Product Management. You coach, mentor, guide, and help nurture a team of software developers to realize their full potential and adopt our culture of quality and customer satisfaction.
Salary: $90,300 - $140,000 plus bonus opportunity
