Software Technical Analyst

As part of the L2 Application System Support team, this role works within an Agile, high‑performing environment delivering application support, deployment, business requirements gathering, and data analysis. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical and customer service skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, curious mindset, with a solid understanding of wealth and asset management systems. You will be responsible for devising and supporting solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise application frameworks and conform to Manulife standards, ensuring reliable, scalable, and well‑aligned business solutions._
