At Exlabesa , we are looking for a Software Technician to work on-site at our headquarters in Valga (Pontevedra) , with the following responsibilities:

• Management and maintenance of Exlabesa’s database and carpentry software systems.
• Stock management and incident resolution.
• Technical support and training delivery.
• Administration of the CRM and carpentry software (Spain and internationally), delivering training on their use and resolving incidents.
• Updating stock in databases and resolving incidents across different branches.
• Optimisation of reporting and management support, developing tailored solutions and analysis.
• Preparation of quotations and review of pricing.
• Technical support to different departments.
