Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare practical technical laboratory for demonstration of concepts.
Arrange field installations with FLS Power engineers /technicians working on live projects.
Organize visitations to Solar PV and other renewable energy sources installations.
Prepare examinations questions, answers and work with exams committee for marking and submissions of grades.
Recommend trainees for industry placement.
Provide mentorship to accomplish trainees during field work.
Liaise with external training vendours to always acquire the latest training materials and best practices.
Work effectively in a team to deliver desired results at the workplace.
Plan and organize work to meet expected outcomes.
