Ideal Candidate / Team Profile
- 2+ solicitor lawyers (or senior solicitor open to group expansion)
- 12 support staff preferred
- Approximate portable book of business: $400,000+
- Practice areas may include corporate/commercial, real estate, wills & estates, or general solicitor work
- Interest in building a cross-referral model with litigation colleagues
- Strong client-service mindset and collaborative approach
