Solution Architect CRM Junior (Toronto)

Scope

The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) requires a solution architect – CRM to provide technical leadership for the data migration into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of D365 CE, monitoring the entire system.
• Provide expert guidance in all aspects of the data migration from legacy solutions into Dynamics 365 CE, including post‑migration data fixes.
• Define interactions between application packages, databases, and middleware systems.
• Deliver customizations by implementing entities, fields, workflows, business rules, forms, and views that align with business processes.
• Determine integration of the Dynamics CRM system with other systems and applications within the organization’s technology landscape.
• Establish security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure proper access control within the CRM system.
