Overview
An established (40 years) MSP based in Edmonton, Alberta, managing small, medium, and larger enterprise client IT infrastructure environments. They work with partners and subvendors to perform day-to-day support and ensure operations run smoothly according to the SLAs in place. Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior sales teams in Edmonton and Calgary to design and architect on-premises infrastructure solutions for customers. Oversee technical delivery and work closely with subvendors to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support. Assist with presales, RFP/RFI responses, documentation, and related activities as required. Engage in customer-facing work and coordinate with sales teams, stakeholders, and customers in a consulting-like environment. Travel to local client sites as required. Maintain a hybrid work mode: 3 days onsite and 2 remote. Location: Edmonton. Qualifications
