Solution Architect Edmonton

Overview

An established (40 years) MSP based in Edmonton, Alberta, managing small, medium, and larger enterprise client IT infrastructure environments. They work with partners and subvendors to perform day-to-day support and ensure operations run smoothly according to the SLAs in place.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior sales teams in Edmonton and Calgary to design and architect on-premises infrastructure solutions for customers.
• Oversee technical delivery and work closely with subvendors to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support.
• Assist with presales, RFP/RFI responses, documentation, and related activities as required.
• Engage in customer-facing work and coordinate with sales teams, stakeholders, and customers in a consulting-like environment.
• Travel to local client sites as required.
• Maintain a hybrid work mode: 3 days onsite and 2 remote. Location: Edmonton.
