Solution architect: retail bss service evolution

We're looking for a high-energy Solution Architect to join our Managed Services department in Johannesburg. This is not a standard delivery role, its a critical position focused on the continuous service evolution of a live Tier-1 telecom environment.

You’ll be the architectural lead responsible for translating complex retail business requirements into seamless functional realities, ensuring that new marketing offers and discount structures do not disrupt the core billing and charging engine.

Responsibilities Act as the primary architectural bridge between customer Business Analysts and Huawei R&D/Operations teams. Lead the evolution of BSS platforms by designing new retail product offerings, discount structures, and promotional logic.
