Job Description
We are looking for a Solution Architect (Salesforce + eCommerce) to own end-to-end architecture across CRM/CX and Digital channels (eCommerce & Portals), with Salesforce as a core platform. The role ensures scalable, integrated and product‑aligned architecture across the customer‑facing landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end CX architecture across CRM (Salesforce) and Digital channels (eCommerce, portals)
- Map business capabilities such as sales planning, pricing and customer data to platforms
- Design omnichannel customer journeys and supporting architecture
- Define integrations across CRM, eCommerce, Order Management and Pricing & analytics layers
- Support fit‑gap assessment vs current systems
- Contribute to product taxonomy definition (global vs regional products)
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architect on integration patterns (API‑led, event‑driven) and target architecture blueprint
