Overview
We are seeking a Solution Advisor – CPG to join our Supply Chain Advisory team. The Solution Advisor will demonstrate the value of Blue Yonder supply chain solutions to improve the business outcomes for our customers. The role will bring value to BY’s customers by defining the future state processes and solutions, ensuring alignment with customer’s processes, people and BY technology. 
What you’ll do
Lead high-quality solution discovery to clearly define customer pain points
Establish early value and build business cases linking technology to measurable outcomes
Advise on how solutions deliver new ways of working by incorporating operational knowledge and AI/ML & agentic approaches
Transform demos /POCs into outcome-driven stories that connect features to real-world impact
Build target state and transition state enterprise architectures for customers.
