Job Description

Scope of pre‑sales activities

  • Prepare product‑market‑fit for the local market using BytePlus' IaaS, PaaS, MaaS, and Video Cloud products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and assess the customers' potential.
  • Engage with customers to clearly define the product and solution value proposition within the customers' context.
  • Develop proposals for customers, including business needs, application solutions, technical architecture, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Construct demos for customers' use cases, encompassing Public Cloud, AI Agent Platform, and Language/Content generation Model workflows.
  • Generate documentation for use cases, proposed solutions, product requirements, demos, and customer feedback.
  • Offer training and guidance to customers for solution deployment.
