Job Description
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking fundamentals, routing, and firewall security architectures
- Deep troubleshooting skills across systems, networks, and applications (handling complex, multi-layered issues)
- Solid programming skills (Python preferred)
- Experience building integrations with APIs, databases, and network devices
- Experience delivering and maintaining complex software solutions, including custom extensions and automation
- Hands-on operations experience: patching, monitoring, log analysis, performance optimization
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, scripting, and automation frameworks
- Exposure to enterprise governance processes (incident, change, problem management)
