What You Will Do

  • Become an expert in Insider One products
  • Make recommendations on supporting sales strategies, integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution, providing best practice advice to customers to optimize Insider effectiveness
  • Proactively monitor our partners’ activities, facilitate and provide on‑time and around the clock insights and solutions to the partners
  • Provide exemplary pre‑sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and ongoing sales consultation
  • Lead account services strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with product, partner success and sales teams across various product pillars to maximize business results with clients
