Solutions Designer CRM Overview The Solutions Designer CRM is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting large-scale Siebel CRM solutions that align with business requirements, enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and operational best practices. The role involves end-to-end solution design, systems evaluation, technical documentation, and strategic CRM planning within the Ontario Public Service environment. Key Responsibilities Design hosting and CRM technology solutions based on business requirements, architectural standards, policies, and cost models.
