Job Descriptions:

  • Work closely with team members to promptly handle and resolve issue
  • Attend in-person client meetings. to investigate and troubleshoot reported issues.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of troubleshooting records
  • Perform daily system health check, monitoring and recommend efficiency improvements
  • Conduct monthly client meetings and present on preventive maintenance findings
  • Assist with technical client inquiries and engage in project solutions delivery
  • Implement and test solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Update project status to the Solution Delivery team regularly.

JobRequirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or fresh graduates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills.
