Position Summary
Drive compelling demos and proof of concepts (PoCs) showcasing our security automation capabilities, integrating third‑party services for optimization and helping customers lower their time to identify and contain threats.
Responsibilities
- Listen to customer problems, work with the sales team, and demonstrate solutions.
- Provide PoC services to pre‑sales clients and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
- Conduct ongoing technical touchpoints / health checks with existing customers.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment under minimal supervision.
- Share best practices with other SEs to enhance quality of service and efficiency.
