We are looking for a professional Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of wines, spirits, and beers from around the world, and will be able to provide advice about food-and-wine pairings. The ideal candidate is passionate about wine, knowledgeable of international wine regions and styles, and experienced in providing excellent customer service.
The Sommelier will be responsible for developing and managing the beverage menu for our restaurant. This includes selecting wines and other drinks that complement the menu offerings, evaluating their quality, pricing them appropriately, and training staff on their features. The Sommelier will also advise guests on how to choose appropriate beverages for their meals, serve drinks to customers and answer any questions they may have regarding the menu selections.
