We are seeking a talented and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team at a high‑end neighbourhood restaurant in West London. We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere where guests can enjoy great drinks, delicious food, and exceptional service.

As a Sommelier, you will be the ambassador of our wine program, responsible for enhancing the guest experience through expert wine pairings, education, and impeccable service. You will work closely with the beverage manager and culinary team to curate an outstanding wine selection that complements our menu offerings.

Salary & Compensation

• Base Salary £32,000 - £35,000 per annum + Service charge circa £10,000 per annum
