Trillium Health Partners seeks a skilled Sonographer with a focus on Cardiac Diagnostics. This temporary full-time position allows you to impact patient cardiovascular health across multiple sites.
As a Sonographer at Mississauga Hospital, you will perform echocardiograms essential for diagnosing cardiovascular diseases in adults, children, and infants. You will help with transesophageal echoes, maintain equipment, and ensure a patient-focused service environment, enhancing the overall quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct 2D, m-mode, and color flow echocardiograms
• Collaborate on transesophageal echo and contrast studies
• Maintain and record accurate echocardiogram data
• Ensure functionality of equipment and adequate supplies
• Foster a safe and supportive work atmosphere
Requirements:
• Registered with a recognized credentialing organization
• Practical experience in adult echocardiography needed
• Certification in BCLS & CPR required
