Job Description
TheS&OP Manageris responsible for leading the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning process, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy, demand forecasting, supply capabilities, and financial targets.
This role requires a strong balance between analytical rigor and brand sensitivity ensuring product availability, optimized inventory levels, and service excellence without compromising exclusivity or brand positioning.
The role acts as a strategic business partner to Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the S&OP ProcessDesign, implement, and continuously improve the monthly S&OP cycle.
