**Leadership**:Align resources with requirements and opportunities in the Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, and the Supply Base.

Develop supply base to meet business needs and drive continuous improvement.
**Supply Base Development & Management**:Establish long term supplier relationships with Preferred Suppliers.
Drive supplier consolidation.
Secure supply.
