Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a vendor compliance requirement platform, ensuring each vendor is compliant as per regulations and internal policies.
• Run the visual management reports for the decision making and monitoring of KPIs.
• Place and follow up on purchase orders.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure purchase order execution, compliance, resolve issues, and address schedule changes.
• Update ERP systems with relevant procurement data.
• Develop a basic understanding of key business drivers and use this knowledge to accomplish tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of work and contribute to the overall success of the area.
• Exercise good judgment within established procedures and consult senior team members for guidance on issues outside defined policies.
