Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Management
- Manage the procurement lifecycle for Data Centre Network elements , Network Security, Virtualisation Applications, Cyber Security hardware/software, Servers, and Storage solutions.
- Understanding of the procurement practices of Datacentre works i.e MEP works, Power systems, Cooling systems.
- Develop and execute complex cost modelling and Zero Down benchmarking for the respective components.
- Lead high-stakes commercial and contract negotiations with Global OEMs, Value added Distributors and the implementation partners.
- Working Exposure with Global OEMs like Fortinet , Cisco , Juniper , Red hat , VMware , F5, Splunk , Arista ,TrendMicro , Trellix , Delta , Schneider , Vertiv, HPE , Dell etc.
- Design and implement cost-efficient supply chain processes for technically advanced systems.
