The Sourcing Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of their assigned category (one of citrus, grapes of melons), ensuring seamless supply from origin through to delivery.

Sourcing follows a dual-hemisphere model, with supply from Spain during the European season and Southern Hemisphere origins (including South Africa) during the off-season.
The incumbent acts as a key integrator across customer, origin, and internal functions, ensuring the consistent delivery of quality fruit, high service levels, and cost-efficient supply.
They act as the primary point of contact for their category internally and externally, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and growers, and internal stakeholders including Quality, Logistics, and Finance.
