Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Sourcing & Team Leadership

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives and operational requirements.
  • Establish sourcing targets, performance indicators, and action plans to enhance procurement effectiveness.
  • Manage sourcing budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization and business value improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sourcing team to achieve operational excellence.

2. Supplier Relationship Management

  • Identify, assess, qualify, and develop suppliers for various components including mechanical, electrical, electronic, plastic, metal parts, and finished products.
  • Build sustainable supplier partnerships and act as the key contact for supplier negotiations and performance management.
