What is the Opportunity?

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in building sustainable, diverse talent pipelines to support high‑volume and mission‑critical roles within Aecon’s sectors. This role focuses on proactive, market‑driven sourcing, identifying and engaging hard‑to‑find talent through a wide range of channels including professional networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, industry publications, conferences, referral programs, and targeted outreach initiatives.
Operating across the enterprise, the Sourcing Specialist partners closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to understand workforce demand, anticipate future hiring needs, and deliver high‑quality candidate slates. What You’ll Do Here: Strategic Pipeline Development
