Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Sourcing Specialists, building capability and consistency in sourcing delivery
  • Partner with TA Specialists, P&C and business stakeholders to align sourcing activity to workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Track sourcing performance and drive continuous improvement, including development of sourcing processes, SOPs and best practice frameworks
  • Lead proactive sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and direct sourcing channels to build pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles
  • Drive market mapping and talent insights, including competitor activity, supply/demand trends and talent availability
  • Oversee candidate engagement, screening and shortlisting to ensure high-quality pipelines and strong candidate experience
  • Drive effective use of PageUp and sourcing tools, ensuring high data integrity and accurate pipeline tracking
