Who are we looking for?
Looking for passionate Sous Chef’s with a drive for leadership and excellent customer service.To be successful, you’ll need:
Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate within 5yrs of validity
First Aid and CPR Certificate
Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking)
