Elevate culinary experiences at Park Hospitality as a Sous Chef for Banquets & Catering. Lead kitchen staff, manage events, and ensure the highest food quality for client satisfaction.
In this role, report directly to the Banquets & Catering Chef while overseeing kitchen operations. The Sous Chef involves coordinating staff, ensuring proper sanitation, and executing culinary excellence. You will also handle menu planning and work closely with clients to meet their catering needs.

Requirements:
• Culinary Trade Certification, Red Seal preferred
