Job Description
A Sous Chef for Conrad Dubai will work closely with the Executive Chef/ Executive Sous Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen supporting with the food planning preparation hygiene and administrative tasks for the culinary department.
What will I be doing
A Sous Chef for Conrad Dubai will be responsible for directing the kitchen team in providing consistency and quality of food ensuring HACCP standards are followed in order to achieve the maximum level of guest satisfaction and organizational profitability. Additionally The Sous Chef will be required to conduct their below duties at the highest standards;
Act as a coach and mentor; manage performance by setting objectives deliver performance reviews provide ongoing performance feedback and administer corrective action when needed
Schedule train supervise and participate in all team activities
