Job Description

Par-Avion is looking for a qualified and experienced Sous Chef to join our team.

Key Duties

  • Manage kitchen operations and staff
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
  • Control stock, ordering, and quality
  • Assist with menu planning and food presentation
  • Train and supervise staff

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Formal culinary qualification (non-negotiable)
  • Proven experience in a similar role in a formal hospitality environment
  • Valid driver’s license & own reliable transport
  • Must be able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours
  • Strong leadership, communication, and kitchen management skills
