Par-Avion is looking for a qualified and experienced Sous Chef to join our team.
Key Duties
- Manage kitchen operations and staff
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Control stock, ordering, and quality
- Assist with menu planning and food presentation
- Train and supervise staff
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Formal culinary qualification (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience in a similar role in a formal hospitality environment
- Valid driver’s license & own reliable transport
- Must be able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours
- Strong leadership, communication, and kitchen management skills
