 Requirements:
 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
 Matric.
 Formal degree/diploma in culinary arts. 
 Experience in a similar field. 
 Job Duties:
  Assist with the management of the kitchen together with the executive chef.
 Maintain and implement hygiene standards.
 Assist with stock-taking.
 Create and maintain recipes.
 Salary: 
 R24 000 CTC
