Mithai Production & Quality Control
- Prepare and oversee production of traditional Indian sweets including:
- Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Rasmalai
- Barfi varieties (Kaju, Pista, Coconut, Chocolate)
- Ladoo (Besan, Motichoor, Boondi)
- Milk‑based sweets (Peda, Kalakand, Milk Cake)
- Halwa varieties
- Bengali and regional specialties
- Ensure proper sugar syrup consistency, khoa preparation, and correct cooking temperatures.
