A new French brasserie is opening in Chelsea this June. High volume. High standards. Classic cooking done properly.
This is a step-up role for a strong Sous or experienced Chef de Partie. You’ll support the senior team and play a key part in daily kitchen operations.
The Role
You will support the Head Chef in a busy, premium kitchen.
• Assist in leading the brigade during service
• Run sections and step up when needed
• Support prep, service, and kitchen organisation
• Help train and guide junior chefs
• Maintain consistency across all dishes
• Ensure hygiene and HACCP standards are followed

• High-volume operation
• Up to 200 covers per day
