Located in the heart of the vibrant and historic Bali Lane, That 1 Place Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar showcases the rich culinary heritage of Turkey, complemented by carefully curated Greek and Italian influences. Through authentic flavors, attentive hospitality, and a cozy dining atmosphere, we strive to create memorable experiences for every guest. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our team and contribute to our culinary excellence.
Responsibilities- Work with the main chef to coordinate and carry out the preparation of all meals (i.e., breakfast, lunch, and dinner – including appetizers desserts and occasional hot snacks.)
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including preparation and cooking when head chef is off.
- Prepare and cook all dishes including Pides, lahmacu and other Authentic Turkish dishes listed on the menu. Prepare and marinate the meat for kebabs.
