Exciting Opportunity for a Sous Chef 

A campus that provides accommodation and catering at halls of residences and within various food and bar outlets for students, staff and visitors is seeking a strong Sous Chef. As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for running a busy site kitchen to produce an innovative quality menu in line with agreed budgets and projections. Must be experienced in volume catering to a high standard.


Requirements:


The ideal candidate for this role will have been working for a minimum of 2 years in a high volume catering establishment, be hands on and have experience of managing junior chefs in diverse environments with a focus on client and customer service. Must have completed and be up to date with all relevant food safety training
