Overview Mandarin Oriental Jumeira Dubai is looking for a Spa Concierge to join our Spa team. The hotel is an oceanfront resort overlooking the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline. The Spa Concierge will support all operations and guests’ experience while upholding our code of conduct and service standards. 
Responsibilities Support all learning and development activities and uphold MOHG Code of Conduct, LQE, MOQA, Forbes standards. 
Safeguard stored information and protect personal data. 
Use of hotel network appropriately; avoid gambling, chatrooms, pornographic material. 
Adhere to Safe, Sound and Sustainable policies, MOHG Social Media Policy. 
Act as a hotel ambassador and conduct additional duties requested by management. 
Assist in spa operations across Spa Reception, Retail Area, Consultation pods, Tea Lounges. 
Maintain cleanliness of spa reception, retail areas, consultation pods and tea lounge.
