Job Description

As our Spa Duty Manager you will
be responsible for leading and managing the spa team, as well as the day-to-day
operations of the spa. You will be fully committed to delivering the highest
quality of customer service, as well as professionally engaging with members
and employees to create an environment of warmth, compassion and fun.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the Spa, ensuring the Spa is run
    efficiently, profitably and smoothly.
  • Leading, encouraging and supporting the team to deliver excellent standards
    of service.
  • Maintaining an active presence in the Spa reception and other key areas.
  • Ensuring the health and safety of guests and employees are paramount at all
    times.
  • Providing tours for perspective members and selling membership packages.
