Key Responsibilities
Manage theday-to-day operations of the spa and wellness facilities
Lead and motivate a team of10 staff members
Ensure ahigh standard of service and guest satisfaction
Coordinate staff schedules, operational procedures, and service quality
Support the development of the wellness offering and help achieve departmental targets
