Job Description

As a Service Desk System s in our team, you will:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for users, such as staff, clients, customers and suppliers
  • Install, maintain and support our LAN, MAN and WAN networks
  • Maintain and support security devices as firewalls and proxies
  • Ensure the security of our private networks

We’ll be a great match if you:

  • Are native or proficient in Spanish and fluent in English
  • Have advanced level on switches and routers configuration
  • Have Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification

It will be a plus if you:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Full‑time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Thursday 9:00 - 18:00, Friday 9:00 – 17:10
