Responsibilities
- Contact borrowers via phone, email, or other channels to remind them of outstanding payments and discuss their repayment options.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with borrowers, building rapport and understanding their financial situations.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with borrowers.
- Negotiate payment plans or settlement options with borrowers to help them repay their debts.
- Develop and implement effective loan recovery strategies tailored to each borrower's situation.
